"In 1992, I was hired by my variety band, Paradise Band, to recreated over 50 cover songs for the band to play along with live during performances. I put the BEST 20 here. These were created to help Paradise Band

sound more like the original artist. In most cases I left the lead vocals, guitar solos, and drums out so Paradise Band could play those parts LIVE. I spent 34 hours average on each recording. I tried to copy every instrument as it was on the original release."

Drums: Boss Dr. Rhythm DR-660 drum machine and the Roland JD-990 digital keyboard module.

Bass: Peavey model TL-5 (5 string).

Keyboard: Roland D-50 Linear Synthesizer, EMU Systems Proteus/1 XR 16b bit multi-timbral digital sound module, Roland JD-990 digital sound module.

Shure BETA 58 microphone.

GUITAR EQUIPMENT:

Guitar Pre-Amp: Yamaha FX-550 running through a Peavey EQ-215 stereo 15-band graphic equalizer.

RECORDING EQUIPMENT:

FOSTEX 16-Track Reel-to-Reel.

Master Tracks Pro MIDI software for Microsoft Windows 3.1.

Date completed: Between the years 1992 and 1994.
Location: A few of these were recorded at my house located at 7207 Bryant Av N, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430. In 1992, I moved to 1324 32nd Av NW, New Brighton, MN 55112 and recorded the rest of these there.

James "Jim, Jimmy" Limborg (born October 19, 1970), is a rock guitarist, keyboardist, drummer, musician, songwriter and music producer who in 1991 toured with The Jets (1980s pop band) playing the keyboards, drums, and guitar, and played guitar for Ingrid Chavez at Paisley Park Studios for her debut solo album with music supplied by Prince under the Warner Bros. record label.
